Refund policy

 

Items may be exchanged to store credit within 10 days of delivery. WE DO NOT offer refunds. However you will be given a store credit which is valid for 12 months. 

  • All returns will automatically be issued store credit (this will allow you to easily re-purchase an alternative item, or the same item in a different size).

PLEASE NOTE; Store credit cannot be used during sale periods. Order will result in being cancelled if the code does works

Returns are only offered for damaged/faulty goods only if: 

  • Items MUST not have been worn 
  • Items MUST be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items MUST not have any markings on them, this includes deodorant and make-up
  • UNDRGROUND is not responsible for return and shipping costs

General processing time for refunds or exchanges is 1-2 Business Days.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above exchange conditions in our sole discretion.

If you wish to exchange an item, you will be given a store credit upon arrival of your product for re purchase.

Please note; NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on sale/discounted items so please purchase carefully & refer to our size guides.
